Coaching is designed to facilitate the creation of personal or professional desired outcomes and to develop and carry out a strategy for achieving those outcomes. My main role as a coach is to provide a safe place for self-examination and reflection by deep listening, and posing questions designed to challenge current beliefs and/or perspectives that aren’t serving my client’s goals for personal growth. Through their clarified lens of self-awareness, I aim to help move my clients into conscious and focused action.
An ADHD coach helps people with ADHD find their strengths, and develop strategies to manage challenges and improve their lives. They focus on the core ADHD issues causing difficulties in daily life, such as inattention, procrastination, time blindness, boredom intolerance, disorganization, compromised executive functioning & working memory, and emotional regulation/sensitivity. They also examine ways their client’s ADHD works to their advantage and gives them strength. If desired by the client, they can work with the coach to explore what work, living, or school environments would support those strengths and ADHD traits that work to the client’s advantage.
A life coach does the same, but without the ADHD lens. I offer both services.
I’d love to walk beside you and create on ongoing conversation with the purpose of supporting you through your efforts to know yourself better, overcome your obstacles, and to reach your desired outcomes!

The coach and client meet via telephone, video, or in person. In the initial consultation (I won’t charge), we will discuss what the client wants and needs, and what they will commit to . (three or six months, or starting off session to session). An agreement is made on what the client wants to achieve, and in what time frame they want to achieve it. We work on getting there together!
